Appearing at Wizard World St Louis as an Official Cosplay Guest!

I am ecstatic to announce my appearance at Wizard World St. Louis (February 2-4) where I am an Official Cosplay Guest! I'll be hosting panels, assisting with judging cosplay contests, and I will have a booth! While I'm away from my table, Akakioga Cosplay will be watching over it for me, so come and meet her as well! We will be at booth #1011 so stop on by!

Friday evening, I will be appearing at the Cosplay VIP Event in room 162, from 8:30-9:30. Saturday gets a bit busy!! I'll be helping out at the Kids Costume Contest at the Main Stage, so come support the precious kiddos from 2:00-2:30. If children are our future, and these kids are cosplaying, I must say, I'm excited to see what they'll be bringing to the cosplay world as they grow up!

Speaking of cosplay contests, I'll also be presenting my super-informative and helpful Intro to Competitive Cosplay Contests at the creative state from 3:00-4:15 after that! Come and learn all about how contests run, what it takes to enter them, and what judges generally look for in award-winning costumes! Later in the evening, from 7:00-9:00, I will also be judging at the Official Wizard Costume Contest. This is what it's all about! Come see all of the epic costumes, they won't disappoint!

Sunday, I'll be hosting Cosplay Hacks & Tricks at 11:00-11:45 am on the Creative Stage again! This panel talks all about various little short cuts you can take in cosplay to make convincing but simple, affordable, comfortable, and functional design choices in your costumes. For instance, ever had a hard time figuring out how to pack something, or not sure how you'll go to the bathroom in a certain costume? Well come find out some pretty easy ways to build your costume in ways you won't have to worry about these challenges! I promise, it'll make your cosplay experience such a breeze if you follow some of these tips!

My last panel on Sunday also at the Creative Stage from 1:00-1:45 pm, and it is Lesser Known Cosplay Materials and Tools. We all know of the basics: fabric, hot glue, craft foam... but how about PETG plastic, or a wood clapper? We will talk about some more obscure but just as useful items that can take your cosplay to the next level! Also covered, we'll mention how to use well-known tools in unique was such as using a soldering iron on fabrics.

I'll be having a very busy weekend, so I would once again like to thank Akakioga Cosplay for all of her help this weekend. She is a total gem, so please be sure to thank her for being awesome also! And don't forget to visit her page and give her a like as well! We both hope to see you at Wizard World St. Louis this weekend!
